چکیده
Neurofibromatoses are a group of genetic disorders with predisposing for central and peripheral nervous system tumor development. The includes three entities: neurofibromatosis type I, II schwannomatosis, which characterized by gradual phenotype development have partially overlapping spectrum manifestations, complicates diagnosis establishing, especially at the stage clinical onset. At same time, emergence new pathogenetic therapy high risk transmission to descendants actualize necessity early diagnosis. DNA tests allow us reliably confirm presumed This article presents review neurofibromatoses, their features courses, modern diagnostic criteria indications tests.

Analysis of two cases with bronchopulmonary neurofibromatosis
Neurogenic tumor of lung is very rare. Only few cases have been reported in the literature. We present here two cases of bronchopulmonary neurofibromatosis in two adults. In both cases, attempts at imaging failed to diagnose the case, and it was the histological study that ensured the diagnosis of neurofibromatosis. Biopsy specimens showed bundles of spindle-shaped cells mixed with collagen, an...

Segmental neurofibromatosis type I (SNF-I) is a rare variant of neurofibromatosis (NF). It is classified as NF type V and defined as cafe'-au-lait macules and/or neurofibromas in a single ,unilateral segment of the body .We report two cases with SNF-I with striking similar manifestations.

a novel and ultra low cost isfet electrode and measurement system was designed for isfet application and detection of hydronium, hydrazinium and potassium ions. also, a measuring setup containing appropriate circuits, suitable analyzer (advantech board), de noise reduction elements, cooling system and pc was used for controlling the isfet electrode and various characteristic measurements. the t...
Hashimoto thyroiditis: clinical and diagnostic criteria.
Hashimoto thyroiditis (HT), now considered the most common autoimmune disease, was described over a century ago as a pronounced lymphoid goiter affecting predominantly women. In addition to this classic form, several other clinico-pathologic entities are now included under the term HT: fibrous variant, IgG4-related variant, juvenile form, Hashitoxicosis, and painless thyroiditis (sporadic or po...
متن کاملMulibrey nanism: clinical features and diagnostic criteria.
Mulibrey nanism (MUL) is an autosomal recessive disease caused by mutations in the TRIM37 gene encoding the peroxisomal TRIM37 protein of unknown function. In this work, we analysed the clinical characteristics of 85 Finnish patients with MUL, most of whom were homozygous for the Finn major mutation of TRIM37. The patients' hospital records from birth to the time of the diagnosis at age 0.02-52...
